Refund Policy
This policy explains how Cosmic Manifest handles refunds for reading-credit purchases during the MVP launch.
Unused purchases
If you experience a duplicate charge or a failed fulfillment event, contact support with the payment receipt so we can review and correct the issue.
Consumed credits
Once a reading credit has been consumed to generate a reading, that purchase is generally considered fulfilled and is not automatically refundable.
Subscriptions
If subscription plans are enabled, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not typically refund already billed periods unless required by law.
